The Eugene Beardslee Estate Collection motorcars presented here are owned by DEC, LLC., a company formed by Mr. Beardslee's daughters for the disposition of the collection.

All cars are sold in "as is" and "where is" condition with no warranty implied. All sales are final. Each car comes with a clear State of Maine title and all are currently reigstered as Antique Autos in the State of Maine.

We encourage all buyers or their representatives to personally inspect the cars before purchase. To purchase a car, we require cash, bank wire transfer or certified bank check with all funds payable to DEC, LLC. No cars will be released until bank confirmation of cleared funds. We will gladly keep the car in our secure indoor storage facility. Once payment is made, Buyer is responsible for all risk or loss or damage of the vehicle. Buyer is responsible for shipping; we are a happy to assist with transport arrangements and can provide names of several local, national and international shippers with whom we've worked with in the past. We will accept a $1000 refundable deposit to hold a car for 7 days to allow for payment in full.

All transactions are between buyer and DEC, LLC exclusively.
